THE RoCA COLOR RUN
The RoCA Color Run would be a five-kilometer, un-timed race in which hundreds of participants, or “RoCA Runners”, are doused from head to toe in different colors at each kilometer.
Each runner will wear white at the starting line and designated artists will be at each kilometer with their work as well as with their "color" to throw at the runners.
After RoCA Runners complete the race, the fun will continue with an unforgettable festival at the finish. There will be music, dancing and massive blank canvasses that the participants can add their own color to.
RoCA RIFFS would be a 20-30 minute podcast featuring a wide spectrum of artists as they give the public insight as to what inspires and motivates them.
RoCA would host a huge Beaujolais Nouveau event on the 3rd Friday in November (as the new patch of beaujolais is released). Artists will be asked to create their own "wine label" and the winning label would be featured and voted upon on-line. The winner would be announced that night, have their label featured on a canvas wine bag and would also receive a case of wine!
